It is with great pleasure that I look back at a fantastic stay in the Angkor Palace between 18/02 and 22/02. At all points, from high class reception at the airport, the friendly staff, the arrangements and the infrastructure, we have nothing but compliments.
Please also note that we have very much enjoyed the guidance of your guide SAL who did a very good job. Too much to talk about all of your staff, but a special nomination for Phall at the pool-bar, for showing us a friendly hospitality and service at any time.

Dear all staffs,
As this our trip, we were served kindly and crisp treatment from Palace’s staffs of front, restaurant, housekeeping, and others. We always felt “warm hospitality” during stay. By virtue of it, we had a nice trip and a lot of memories. I appreciate it from bottom of my heart.
The room was wide and clean, and the decoration and garniture were luxury. There were many southern country’s rare plants in the well maintained garden and we enjoyed seeing them. It was impressive that the white flower resembles Japanese flower named Hamayu and the tip of the petal grows fine like thread. We can hear the songs of the birds as it dawns early in the morning at the balcony. The butterflies were flitting around the flower of red and blight purple bougainvillea. We enjoyed ourselves to the full of the southern country’s atmosphere.
The meals using southern country’s ingredient and spice were very rare and we enjoyed having the good fragrance and taste. But the last day of the trip, I missed the Japanese food and ordered Japanese breakfast. In spite of a sudden change of the time on that day, I could have the Japanese breakfast. I thank many Palace’s staffs.
At night, I left my bag at the restaurant. I became awake to it after I went back to my room. At the time I hastily turned back to the restaurant, a restaurant staff was already on the way to my room with bringing the bag. I really appreciated it.
Furthermore, when I asked one more bath towel to the front desk, a housekeeper delivered it immediately. I was very glad. We felt the Palace was too luxury hotel for us. And we thought that we Japanese monkeys made up a racket at the Palace. But it was one of the good memory in our lifetime.
Ms. Ayano HAMAGUCHI and Mr. Takeo Japanese GRO, encouraged us who are not used to trip, and we could stay at ease. We were very impressed by them who are working for Japanese guests in Cambodia far from Japan. It is certain that the Japanese like them contribute to the Cambodia-Japan genuine goodwill. Please be active at the Palace more and more.
At the end, we wish the Palace’s further growth. Please tell all staffs in Palace our appreciation.

Myself and Kiyoko's family returned safely to Bangkok from Siem Reap yesterday. Your arrangement was perfect thus all members of family enjoyed tour of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Hotel Angkor Palace Resort and Spa was very nice except breakfast therefore I gave some comments to Director of Food & Beverage.
I think it was memorable trip for Kiyoko's mother (84 years) to have realized her one of dreams to see real Angkor Wat by her own eyes. Taking this opportunity, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your kindness extended to us.

I and my wife appreciated your kind arrangement and your advices for this visit. My wife was very satisfied with your hotel including meals (We had the suffer three times except morning meal at your hotel during this stay) especially, room, gym and pool with nice view. Also your staffs were very kind and supportive for us.
We can't forget your hotel- nice pool, delicious foods and your kind staffs- ,and we'd like to recommend your hotel if someone ask us to recommend a hotel in Siem Reap. If I have another chance to visit to Siem Reap, I will stay at your hotel.
One more thing, The cake you prepared for our anniversary was fantasitic. Many thanks again. I'd like to express my appreciation again to you, staffs at swimming pool and my Tuk-Tuk driver (Mr. Touch).

Dear Mr. Weng, Debra and I had a wonderful time while staying at the Angkor Palace Resort during the IBC golf tournament. Your staff was very professional and always right on time with our requests for service. You were especially kind and gracious in helping my wife when she was feeling ill.
I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone coming to visit Siem Reap, either on business or for vacation. A Five Star Hotel Is only as good as it’s Five Star Manager and yours is Excellent!
