   OUR GUESTBOOK
Good Afternoon

After our stay at your Hotel I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful stay. Myself and my party were very impressed with the Hotel and also the Staff who were wonderful. The level of service was first class and I would be most grateful if you could convey this to your staff who were most attentive and made our stay a most enjoyable one.

I look forward to staying again when I next visit Cambodia and I will highly recommend you to our clients.

I really enjoyed my stay. So many positives about the Palace. From the very friendly staff to the excellent room and other facilities in the hotel. The staff I came into contact with were spot on with their helpfulness and interaction with clients. I loved the room I had, the bathroom was top class, the bed was sooooooo comfortable and the free internet access very welcome.

Hello,

Thank you for the lovely stay we had at your hotel (Dec. 23-27). We found it particularly convenient to be able to arrange our tours on site as we only had 4 days in Siem Reap. We liked the fact that your hotel was some distance from the main road and had lovely gardens. Our room was well kept.

We try to be environmentally conscious by not having our towels and sheets changed daily and we appreciated the fact that your housekeeping staff actually respected and followed this 'commitment'. We have stayed in many hotels where, despite our following instructions about reusing linens, they still go ahead and change them daily, which does not make sense.

Keep up the good work and we hope to visit again.

Dear Mr. Hang Vannak

Thank you very much for your email and hospitality during our stay in your hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

If I may provide my feedback....
  • Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the aroma in the corridor.
  • breakfast was good. Maybe it would be better if you change salad dressing bottle into a small one - it was so huge that I was not sure how to use it, and it was difficult to shake that bottle and pour dressing. In addition, regarding restaurant, there were some tables on which used plates and leftovers were put. One day I had breakfast just next such table and and it did not feel good. Obviously it does not feel good to eat just next to someone's leftover. Thus, I would suggest maybe you can keep such tables at the corner of the restaurant or at least not so near to eating table so that those not comfortable things are not seen by guests.
  • dinner was very good. Our plan included one time dinner at the restaurant next to the lobby. It was really good and also the service there was good.
  • Swimming pool - we enjoyed swimming in the evening. There were some small flies on it but it can't be changed I guess, so we did not care much and we enjoyed.
  • Souvenir shop inside the hotel - though it was more expensive compared to outside, I found the quality of the items there were better than those in the market. So I liked the shop.
  • Shop outside the hotel (forgot the name, but some art craft shop) - It was very expensive. I have seen the same items in Bangkok and they were much much more cheaper....if the amount difference is not too much I can understand, but as it was so much different it felt awkward.
  • In addition, I called the reception to know the status of the laundry I gave in the morning. Reception called back almost immediately and told me the status (it was already in the closet). It was nice.
  • The hotel introduced Mr. Khun, TukTuk driver and he was good and we enjoyed the sunrise at Angkor wat. If any chance, please convey our thanks to him.
  • Thank you for the scarf. I liked it very much.
Overall, we enjoyed staying at your hotel. We greatly appreciate your hospitality. We hope to visit Siem reap again and stay at your hotel again.

I really liked the staff because everyone said good morning, or good afternoon with a great smile everytime they passed by me. This hotel is the greatest in staff service in any hotels that I knew.

Thank you for great service. Please keep the service in high level, and hopefully I will come here again ASAP.

Hello

I and my friends were delighted with your resort and have nothing but compliments to make. Your staff were very friendly and went out of there way to be helpful and to be of service. The rooms were excellent and maintained to a high standard. The pool and garden areas were quite impressive and are a delight. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent. We will stay again, hopefully next year.

All in all we were very impressed with Cambodia with its sights and friendly people and your resort ensured we had excellent accommodation whilst not sighseeing.

Dear Mr. Weng Aow,

I was a recent guest in your hotel and stayed 5 nights with 3 other companions. It was our long awaited October holiday. I wanted to take the time to tell you about my wonderful experience in your hotel.

From the time your hotel car collected us in the airport, until the time they brought us back for our continuing flight, everything we experienced was just absolutely wonderful. The most important part of our experience, aside from the well appointed rooms, and the pool and the spa, were your staff. They are inherently hospitable, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests, as well as our needs. It was only in Siam Reap where we felt that the people were simply warm and friendly, and that sincerity was real, rather than a forced one, or one that was required by their job.

I must point out my experience on the morning of my departure, I was anxious to go to the town to quickly buy a Buddha to take back with me. I had little time and was feeling very anxious. Your door man that morning, tried to arrange for transportation for me, but upon realizing that I was just going to buy 1 piece and head back to the hotel, he arranged for the hotel car to take me, wait for me and take me back, as there was an errand the driver was going to do and he was going to swing both in one trip. This kindness was so unexpected. What is most noteworthy is the fact that your staff made this decision on their own, without having to check with any manager, or causing any delay. This type of empowerment of your employees is a testament to your success. Whatever it is you do, I can tell you, you are doing very well. Your driver had only nice things to say about you, and when I asked about the owner, he also had only nice things to say.

So, let this be a note of congratulations.

Thank you for making our holiday so memorable and so fun.
