All the information we collected through our official site, we will do everything we can to treat in private and highly confidential. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information.

• Types of Information: We collect information about our guests and/or visitors that view our website so that we can provide a unique Khmer hospitality and experience toward the clients needs and wants. Information will be collected in the form of email subscribe, reservation enquiry, address details, request for proposal (RFP), career application, communities connection, chat online, the guests comment review, and when you take part in a survey or if you contact us with a question or a problem.

• Use of Collecting the Information: We request your information because we need to response toward your needs and wants; incase you have make any request for room reservation and/or purpose of marketing and communications regarding the product or services offered by our resort. You will always be offered the choice not to submit your information that you wish to received from us. However; the request transaction may not complete and affected your request; for example – you need to put the name in the RFP or make a reservation page. Your information is used solely (i) to complete and guarantee reservation you make on our site; (ii) to inform you by e-mail; if you have so agreed when registering/subscribing on our website in order to receive our special offers or promotion, news about our resort. You personal information provided on our website for reservations, or any other purpose, is shared only with our booking agency and hosting provider.

• Email: If you sign up on our site to receive our newsletters, we send you information by e-mail that we think will be of interest to you. To better meet your needs, we monitor the number of clicks on the hyperlinks in the newsletters. The agent who manages our newsletter mailings is not allowed to use any personal information that may be collected. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided at the end of the newsletter or on every page of our site (unsubscribe).

• Guest Surveys: Angkor Palace Resort & Spa strive to maintain and continually improve the quality of service. Customer comments and feedback are valued and used as a quality tool. As part of the unique stay experience in our property, we engage a third party to randomly survey guests and request an evaluation form on our service. These surveys are sent via email and postal mail. We reserved the right to republish the comments text over the website for review.

We use secure encryption technologies, ensuring our customers have confidence that their credit card details are safe during transactions made through our site.
