We recommend that all spa treatments are booked in advance to ensure availability
Please arrive at the spa 10 minutes prior to your treatment in order to give you sufficient time to register.
Our primary concern is your total relaxation. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. A robe, sandals, towel and disposable underwear are available at the Spa. Many of our guests come with bathrobes provided in the room.
2 hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment. Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the treatment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This applies to all treatments.
* It is recommended that guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical condition, to consult a doctor prior to their treatment. To ensure your safety, please advise us of any medical issues you have. Not all treatments are suitable for all clients. Please disclose any concerns before your treatment begins.
* We thank you for not smoking or consuming alcohol in the spa.
* It is best to remove all jewelry before your spa treatment and any items of value should be secured in your room safety box.
* Use of the spa facilities, fitness center, steam, sauna and all spa services are reserved for those 18 years and older.
* Pre-Treatment: to start many of our treatments we commence with a foot bath of hot water with local flower and kaffir lime. Our foot ritual has been developed to improve blood circulation, anti-septic, anti-bacteria and prepare you for your treatment.
* Post-Treatment: Take a few moment after your treatment to allow your body and mind to reach equilibrium, taking in all the benefits from your treatments. Final step is to rehydrate your body with our special prepared herbal tea. This completes your treatment by helping your body to replenish and rejuvenate.
Open daily from 10:00hrs – 23:00hrs and last treatment at 21:30hrs
